There’s something I hear from women all the time.
“I’ve thought about doing a session… but I’m not confident enough yet.”
And I understand that feeling more than you know.
Confidence can feel like something you’re supposed to already have before you do something like this. Feeling almost like it’s a requirement; like you have to earn your way into it.
But the truth is…
Confidence is not something you need before stepping in front of the camera.
It’s something you often discover during the experience.

Most women don’t avoid doing a session because they don’t want to.
They avoid it because they don’t feel ready. They tell themselves:
“I want to lose weight first.”
“I’m not photogenic.”
“I don’t think I could pull that off.”
