1) Do you share my photos?

I do LOVE getting to share session images because it helps women just like you see examples of my work and it helps you see the different ages, body types and styles I work with. However, I 100% respect all model releases I do with clients and ultimately it is your decision how you want your images handled and/or shared and that is always respected and upheld!

2) What can I wear if I want modest?

Wardrobe looks very different for every client. These images are about invoking emotions through body shapes and movement. You can take breath taking images in your favorite jeans or jacket. Maybe you have a favorite glamorous dress? We can also go with lingerie styled wear and use cover ups, robes or drapery to help conceal the body with an extra layer to make a more modest feel to your images. The options are endless and really, it depends on what you are looking to capture through your session!

3) How long does a session take?

I personally block out a 4 hour time frame for sessions on my calendar. I always share with clients that on average, hair and makeup services take about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours depending on how extensive of a look they are doing and hairstyle choice. After that part of the session is done, we move right into shooting and we capture together for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours total. I try my hardest to never have a client be here past 4 hours but a safe time frame would be to expect to be here between 3 and 4 hours.

4) Do you offer hair/makeup services?

Yes, like talked about a little in the previous question, hair and makeup services is a part of every session for every client at no additional cost. It is completely up to you on what you want your desired look to be for your session. We give the advice that clients shouldn't be afraid to go a little bolder for this type of session as all skin is softened and it will soften the makeup look just a little bit as well.
Our makeup artists are prepared to do a full glam and lashes for each boudoir client.

5) When do I see my photos?

Before you leave your session on your session day, we will schedule your Order/Reveal appointment where you will get to see your images for the first time and we help guide you through selection and investment choice. This date is usually about 3 weeks after your session date.

6) Where is your studio located?

For my boudoir clients, I work out of my home here in Holland, MI. My entire downstairs of my home is a residential studio. We also bring hair and makeup services right on site as well so everything you need is all right here, in studio.
